Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Service Representative to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC. As a Sales Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing sales and services of approved waste streams at our customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales and services of approved waste streams at customer locations
  • Use hoses to load/offload Oil Tanker Trucks from various containers
  • Responsible for customer service and new business development in a designated geographic area
  • Align work orders to minimize mileage and travel time
  • Inspect vehicle and equipment for safe operation
  • Deliver service to customers by pumping approved waste streams from customer containers into truck
  • Pursue additional services with existing accounts
  • Assess potential customer needs, present HCC products and services, and develop sales leads for Data-Marketing
  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development
Requirements:
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, steel toe boots, gloves, uniform, safety glasses, reflective vest, and hard hats
  • Ability to interact with customers, sales branch employees, and other corporate departments
  • Ability to operate equipment such as electronic mobile devices, computers, hoses, and truck equipment
Work Environment:

This position requires frequent work in various environments, including customer locations, and requires the ability to see, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, drive, and comfortably use electronic devices and other office equipment.
