Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain workflow and monitor production process to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
  • Ensure team members follow standardized work instructions and maintain quality expectations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of production work areas
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings and late evenings, based on production needs
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist the team in solving operational issues
  • Lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of hourly production workers
  • Ensure compliance with all health, environmental, and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree desired, with five years of work experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent education, training, or experience
  • Two years of direct supervision experience, managing and coaching
  • Experience working in an ERP production environment required
  • Understanding of MRP, production scheduling, production workflows, and capacity analysis desired
  • Analytical skills, energy, and a positive attitude
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and business math
