As a Physical Flows Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing logistics areas, managing resources, and ensuring quality, cost, delivery, involvement, and safety standards are met. You will be responsible for leading and managing all logistics areas, including raw materials, components, and finished goods flows, storage locations, and external warehouses. Your goal will be to optimize the allocated resources for all logistic areas and ensure that quality, cost, delivery, involvement, and safety standards are properly implemented. You will also be responsible for escalating any problems that may have a significant impact to the Site Supply Chain Manager. Additionally, you will be involved in all inventory counting that occurs and be responsible for safety and for the application of safety standards and for adhering to auditing requirements where applicable. You will support activities to achieve and maintain the Quality System, and other internal systems requirements. You will actively participate in and support the implementation of the Valeo Production System (VPS) and ensure the implementation of the 5 Valeo Core Strategies. You will apply Valeo's 5 core methodology, execute Logistics QRQC when necessary, and put the chase-up process in place.

Requirements:

  • You should have a Bachelor's Degree in a supply chain/logistics related field, but experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • You have 3+ years of in supply chain/logistics supervision.
  • You have been a Supervisor or Manager at a high-speed manufacturing company.
