Talent Management and Organizational Succession Planning

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Talent Management Director. As a key member of our Americas regional HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our International Talent Management strategy
  • Manage career committee execution, discussions, and reporting for the Americas region
  • Implement strategies to ensure a streamlined and formalized process for talent management
  • Collaborate with internal project management teams to drive talent development initiatives
  • Use talent data to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Support the international assessment and roll-out of talent development programs
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion principles are integrated into all talent management practices
Talent Pipelining and Internal Mobilities
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to build talent pools for key position roles
  • Monitor and build talent pipelines with internal and external candidates
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members on international talent mobilities
Project Management
  • Lead talent projects for the Region to respond to specific regional needs
  • Collaborate with International Talent Management team and Richemont regional community
