Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems effectively.
- Execute repairs on HVAC equipment as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and administrative staff.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform quality inspections at job sites to uphold service standards.
- Engage in ongoing training and development using company resources.
- Keep management updated on new developments, changes, or customer feedback.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as directed by the area manager.
- Replace or repair components covered under the warranty program.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC
- Proven track record of excellent customer service
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
- HVAC certification is required
- EPA 608 certification is mandatory
