Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems effectively.
  • Execute repairs on HVAC equipment as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and administrative staff.
  • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality inspections at job sites to uphold service standards.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development using company resources.
  • Keep management updated on new developments, changes, or customer feedback.
  • Handle additional administrative tasks as directed by the area manager.
  • Replace or repair components covered under the warranty program.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential HVAC
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • HVAC certification is required
  • EPA 608 certification is mandatory
