Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement dashboard effectively.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of purchase orders.
  • Assist in product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate project activities related to laboratory setups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and consistent data entry into various client systems.
  • Support the Program Management team with project status updates.
  • Collaborate with the Program Management Team to prioritize tasks.
  • Gather requirements and assign responsibilities.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and communicate project risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain close communication with key project stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage issue logs, identifying resolutions for ongoing tasks.
  • Track and report on project progress, updating necessary documentation.
  • Create and oversee program activity reports and metrics.
  • Generate project reports for program managers, highlighting potential issues.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely execution of program activities.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, including internal and external partners.
  • Conduct business reporting, data validation, and analysis.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with virtual reality technologies.
  • Passion for gaming is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in planning, purchasing, and production planning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Laboratory experience is advantageous.
