Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Project/Program Manager to lead and coordinate projects/programs from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project/program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and direct project/program teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Monitor and control project/program progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Prepare and present project/program status reports to stakeholders, including upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on program management.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering and aerospace industry standards.
  • Experience with test and manufacturing processes.
