We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that all production activities meet quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise production activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and monitor the open order report.
- Review production records for completeness and accuracy, and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and develop production team members to ensure they meet required standards, and conduct performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Monitor production metrics and KPIs, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain time and attendance records, and perform other tasks as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of AWS guidelines and welding certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, or Solid Edge, as well as MRP/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing practices and procedures, including the ability to read and understand prints.
