Job Summary

We have an opportunity to join the Advanced Electronics Sub Assembly (AES) Factory as a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor Onsite. This position has overall leadership overseeing approximately 15-20 operators within a fast-paced, manufacturing environment that produces products using cutting-edge technologies and automation. The Team Lead ensures that all product meets contractual quality, cost, and schedule requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production to meet or exceed product target unit hour goals.

Responsibilities
  • Execution of schedule and cost
  • Workforce planning and employee hiring and training
  • Time and Attendance tracking
  • Area layout and flow management
  • Target unit hour performance
  • Ensuring full compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Ensuring a safe work environment
Requirements
  • Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Eligibility

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be eligible to participate in Fellowship per DoD Instruction 1322.29
  • Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military
  • Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date
  • Must receive approval from Unit Commander or O4+ in the chain of command
  • Must be located within a commutable distance or willing/approved to relocate to the job location
