Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Boston. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a competitive team driving growth through customer-focused consultative selling experiences.

As a Sales Consultant with Renewal by Andersen, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team passionate about enriching the lives of homeowners. Your primary responsibility will be conducting in-home consultations with customers, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Responsibilities
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and sales team goals.
  • Owning appointments and converting sales leads into sales.
  • Self-managing time and activities to meet deadlines, goals, quotas, and customer requirements.
  • Following established Renewal Sales processes to completion.
  • Building relationships through instilling confidence, sharing information, and meeting commitments.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Organizing and following through on details, documentation, records, requests, and processes.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year selling experience.
  • One to two years customer service experience.
  • Computer skills.
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Frequent sitting, walking, reaching at waist level, climbing stairs required.
