About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Protocall Communications. As an Outside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our products or services to potential customers within a designated territory.

Your primary focus will be on prospecting and generating new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead-generation methods. You will also build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently, and take ownership of the sales process. Travel within the designated territory is required, and proficiency in using CRM software and other communication tools is essential.
