Team Leadership:
Mentor MRI technologists, fostering professional development and a collaborative environment. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

ARRT Team Lead - MRI Qualifications:

Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field. A degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business, may also be beneficial.

Certification:
ARRT certification in MRI is required. A current ARRT certification in a related field, such as CT or X-ray, may also be beneficial.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MRI Technologist. Prior leadership experience is preferred, but not required.

Leadership:
Prior leadership experience is preferred, but not required. A strong understanding of leadership principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
