**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Managing Partner (Proprietor). This hands-on management role requires strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills. You will be responsible for managing all employees, maintaining high employment quality standards, and ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed and trained.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as a General Manager. They should have knowledge of maintaining high standards of food quality and service, as well as proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all employees to maintain high employment quality standards consistent with the Carrabba's Italian Grill Brand
- Maintaining all employee files and ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate
- Ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed and employees are trained in job responsibilities
- Implementing effective security protocols to ensure guest and employee safety
We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably as a General Manager
- Full Casual Dining or Casual Plus environment experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and handle complaints professionally
- Knowledge of maintaining high standards of food quality and service
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
Additional requirements include:
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
- Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to relocate, a strong plus
