Job Summary

As a Shift Lead at Wings Over, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for our stores and driving success. You will be responsible for motivating, training, and communicating our vision to all Crew Members, as well as coaching in the moment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Educate and empower Crew to deliver on our values of Amazing Food & Smileable Experiences.
  • Culture Champion: Promote the culture and values of Wings Over by acting with integrity and honesty.
  • Operational Excellence: Remain calm and collected, and work to keep the store operating to our standard through timely delegation.
  • Customer Focus: Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
  • Problem Solver: Act swiftly to resolve business and guest needs.
  • Tools and Processes: Utilize operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift.
  • Cash Management: Follow all cash management and cash register policies and ensure proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
  • Communication: Communicate information and ideas to the Manager on duty to promote store growth and a positive work environment.
  • Training and Development: Assist with new crew member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
  • Performance Feedback: Provide Manager on duty with timely feedback on Crew performance during shift.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver Smileable Experiences to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
  • Food Quality: Help deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean and organized and coaching team.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
