Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical field and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient accounts
  • Arrange treatment and doctor appointment scheduling
  • Monitor and follow-up on financial arrangements
  • Research and negotiate with doctors for patient cases

Requirements:

  • Experience in the medical field preferred
  • Assist in doctor appointment coordinating
  • Must have data entry experience with at least 50 wpm
  • Computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
