The primary objective of this position is to perform daily measurement functions, including calibration and repair of measurement equipment, for a diverse customer base provided by Quality Process Services.
Key Responsibilities- Instrumentation and Equipment Maintenance: Dismantle and reassemble instrumentation and measurement equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Equipment Monitoring: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of measurement equipment to prevent malfunctions.
- Fault Diagnosis: Identify and diagnose faults in measurement equipment to minimize downtime and ensure accurate readings.
- System Calibration: Perform calibration of electronic and manual motoring systems to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Production Equipment Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of production equipment, including separators, glycol systems, and communication equipment.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including DOS and Windows, and possess the ability to learn new methods of measurement.
- Communication and Safety: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Travel and Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel to and from work sites as required.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new methods and technologies, and participate in training and development programs as needed.
