Pipeline Construction & Maintenance, Inc. is a leading provider of pipeline construction and maintenance services. We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation & Electrical Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for equipment maintenance, calibration, and record-keeping for measurement/instrumentation and electrical equipment. This includes installing, maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all field instrumentation, control systems, analyzers, and electrical equipment.

The ideal candidate will have general pipeline knowledge and working experience with medium voltage equipment up through 4,160 Vac. They will be proficient in troubleshooting using loop drawing, schematics, ladder logic, electrical one-line, and P&I drawings. Additionally, they will be able to maintain process control loops, electronic controls, valves, and transmitters.

The Instrumentation & Electrical Technician will also be responsible for conducting in-depth failure analysis on repeat equipment failures and conducting evaluation tests on valves, motors, instruments, etc. They will coordinate and conduct maintenance activities on end devices, including pre-programming of transmitters with a Hart communicator and ensuring data accuracy on all fluid and gas measurement meters.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be willing to comply with PCM Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment maintenance, calibration, and record-keeping

Requirements:
