Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of physical quantity measurements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of measurement principles and be able to work effectively with a team of engineers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct flow measurements and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the measurement team to develop and implement new measurement procedures and protocols.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in measurement technology.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of measurement principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Shell Pipeline Certified is a must.

This position requires offshore travel within the Gulf of Mexico, helicopter flights, water survival, and a TWIC card. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of physical quantity measurements, working effectively with a team of engineers and technicians, and staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in measurement technology.
