Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Nonn's. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, and supporting our designers and sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom, including the front desk, inventory, and display areas.
  • Support our designers and sales professionals by preparing for meetings, taking notes, and following up on customer leads.
  • Handle cash and orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an engaging and inviting showroom environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, designers, and sales professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, and move around the showroom.
