Position Overview

Glen Park Senior Living is actively seeking a dedicated Assistant Administrator to contribute to our mission of providing compassionate and dignified services to seniors. Our organization has been a trusted name in senior housing since 1968, and we pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Director in executing administrative tasks in accordance with established best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with personnel documentation standards as outlined by relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a reliable backup for the Executive Director when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Completion of an accredited residential-elderly administrator certification program.
  • At least 15 college or continuing education units completed, with a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Current certification in first aid and CPR.
  • Possess the personal attributes, energy, and skills to engage effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to hospitality, integrity, and genuine compassion for others.
