Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service as your primary focus.
  • Observe and assess the area, providing reports on activities at your designated location.
  • Oversee security and alarm systems, including CCTV monitoring.
  • Respond to client communications.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of officers to areas requiring attention.
  • Provide swift responses in critical situations.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports.
  • Understand when and how to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College Degree, but not mandatory
  • 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing, Winteam, etc.
  • Ability to successfully complete an extensive screening process.
  • Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is advantageous.
  • Possession of a state security license, specifically a New York Security License.
  • Certification in CPR/AED/First Aid is required.
