Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service as your primary focus.
  • Observe and survey the premises, providing reports on activities at your assigned location.
  • Oversee security and alarm systems, including CCTV monitoring.
  • Respond to client communications.
  • Coordinate the dispatch of officers to areas requiring attention.
  • Provide swift responses in critical situations.
  • Produce detailed reports with accuracy.
  • Understand when and how to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: College Degree, but not mandatory
  • 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email, typing, Winteam, etc.
  • Must successfully pass an extensive screening process.
  • Experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is a plus.
  • Possession of a state security license is required.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification is required.
