Field Support Consultant III

MPF Federal LLC is in search of dedicated Field Consultants to enhance support for military families within the designated regions. The role involves traveling to connect with existing family support networks, aiming to bridge gaps and enrich services for Service members and their families, especially those who may be isolated from standard installation support.
Core Responsibilities:
- Offer guidance and referrals to Service members and their families.
- Establish and sustain a comprehensive directory of government-sanctioned family programs and support services in the assigned area.
- Identify deficiencies in available services/resources and collaborate with relevant organizations to address these needs.
- Assist in organizing events that promote awareness of military community services, including relocation support, counseling, personal and family life education, and deployment assistance.
- Encourage collaboration between military and civilian entities to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct informational sessions and facilitate networks of volunteers, as sanctioned by the Government.
- Provide assistance to unit/command and family support personnel through briefings, information dissemination, and training, as approved by the Government.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with proficient English language skills.
- Demonstrated customer service abilities and familiarity with call center operations.
- Comprehension of the military lifestyle and its unique challenges.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 15 years of prior military service, whether as an Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserve member, or as a spouse of a service member, or relevant civilian experience in Military Service programs.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and fingerprint verification.
- Completion of a DoD-initiated Tier 2 (Low-Risk) Suitability Investigation is required.
- Experience in marketing, recruitment, counseling, or educational instruction is preferred.
