Role Summary

We are seeking two dedicated individuals to manage the increasing volume of support requests related to technology. This includes issues arising from device transitions, application troubleshooting, and new installations. The selected technicians will collaborate closely with the Lead Field Technicians to provide assistance across a designated group of schools.

Key Responsibilities

The technicians will:

  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to devices such as Chromebooks, laptops, and Smart Boards.
  • Support connectivity and network-related challenges.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Skills

Candidates should possess:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer and mobile devices.
  • Proficiency in connecting and diagnosing IT hardware.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
Work Environment

This position requires travel between various schools within the assigned zone. Technicians will utilize their own vehicles, with mileage reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.

Professional Expectations

Technicians are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and punctuality. They should be capable of interacting effectively with non-technical staff, including teachers and administrators.
