About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Project Manager to join our team at Galloway & Company, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to a team of civil designers
  • Lead new business development and promote repeat and referral business with existing clients
  • Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, and professional services agreements
  • Manage project budgets and communicate budget allocation to staff
  • Coach, mentor, and delegate responsibility to less-senior level staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering from a four-year, board-approved engineering curriculum
  • Active PE required
  • 15+ years of experience in Civil Engineering
  • Effective leadership skills in mentoring, training, coaching, and developing
