About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Gray Architects & Engineers, LLC. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality civil engineering projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
  • Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and other documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of related experience
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required
  • Proficient in civil engineering design software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydrology Studio, and HEC-RAS
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
