Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex civil engineering projects, providing technical direction, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring that projects are executed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, construction, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure clear understanding of project goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure long-term success and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree from a four-year, board-approved engineering curriculum.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of leading and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
