Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment Support: Assist in coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, and job postings to attract top talent to our company.
- Candidate Management: Identify, assess, and onboard candidates that align with our company values, ensuring a smooth transition into our organization.
- HRIS Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of candidate information using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communication: Provide prompt and efficient customer service to address employee queries, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred, with at least two years of relevant experience.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Certifications: SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
- Competitive Salary: $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

- Work Schedule: Full-time position with occasional evening and weekend shifts for events.
