- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in maintenance and reliability engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.

- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
