Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Jelly Belly. The successful candidate will be responsible for reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment reliability by facilitating and championing the maintenance strategy of the reliability centered maintenance (RCM) program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen incoming work orders, identify scopes of jobs, and analyze required levels of planning.
• Manage data in and report from the plant CMMS system, including conversion of work requests to work orders, management of work backlogs, and creation of PM task lists and maintenance plans.
• Closure of completed work orders and maintenance of all safety notifications.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including supervisors and maintenance management.
• Estimate the skills and labor hours needed to perform new work order requests and determine if work will be performed with internal resources or contracted to an outside vendor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and experience in utilizing CMMS systems.
• Experience in FMEA, RCFA, and predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling.
