Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Parker, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children with autism and their families. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy for young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties (speech, OT, ABA, psychology)
  • Design and implement services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of therapy
  • Collaborate with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • ABA early intervention experience
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
  • Clear professional communication, both verbally and in writing
  • Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
