Board Certified Behavior Analyst

St Coletta of Greater Washington, a non-profit organization, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team.
The BCBA will be responsible for assessing students' behavior, analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of interventions, and developing appropriate behavior support strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyze data to determine the effectiveness of interventions.
- Develop and implement behavior support strategies to promote positive behavior change.
- Provide behavioral consultation and technical assistance to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
- Supervise and train Behavioral Change Assistants to ensure consistent and effective student support.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
- Extensive knowledge of positive behavior support principles and practices.
- Considerable knowledge of disabilities and associated challenges for students.
- Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive reports, including Functional Behavioral Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
