Position Overview: Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior Specialist in Global Mobility and Immigration. This role is essential for managing and facilitating immigration processes within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate immigration requests in collaboration with third-party providers, ensuring compliance with immigration protocols.
- Oversee the processes for obtaining work authorizations, renewals, and de-registrations.
- Ensure adherence to immigration policies and local legislative requirements.
- Manage Service Now cases related to the initiation of immigration services while supporting team members.
- Conduct analysis and reporting to identify process enhancements.
- Provide backup support to the Americas team as needed.
- Evaluate immigration cases within the European Union.
- Assist with Workday immigration information and monitor work authorization expirations.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of visa types, particularly in the US and EMEA regions.
- Experience managing global immigration caseloads.
- Ability to assess immigration needs for employees and candidates.
- Expertise in coordinating applications for work authorizations, renewals, and de-registrations.
- Proficient in immigration communications and responding to inquiries.
- Experience in immigration reporting and tracking.
- Familiarity with supporting Global Mobility across EMEA, APAC, and US regions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Workday is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, along with proficiency in Excel.
- Background in providing immigration services within Global Mobility, Legal, or Corporate settings.
- Understanding of global and international immigration policies and practices related to visa applications and maintenance.
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is between $45 and $49.70 per hour, based on various factors including education, experience, and specific job duties.
