Business Immigration Paralegal Opportunity

Ogletree Deakins, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join their Tampa office. As a key member of the business immigration practice group, you will play a crucial role in preparing and filing visa petitions with USCIS, compiling and analyzing case facts, drafting correspondence, and maintaining client documentation.

About the Role
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and filing visa petitions with USCIS
  • Compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, and maintain client documentation
  • Communicate directly with multiple attorneys and clients
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
  • 2+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience required, preferably in a large law firm environment
  • Knowledge of the NIV (Nonimmigrant Visa) process is preferred
  • Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to work independently
