The Inventory Control Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the supervisor with the management of inventory processes and fostering a team of associates within our fulfillment center. This position is integral in enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring a safe working environment, and monitoring team performance and engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the supervision of inventory management operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the inventory processes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Track and report on employee performance and engagement metrics.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficient in computer applications.
