Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the Dodson Valco team, you will be expected to provide top-notch support to customers and colleagues alike, fostering strong relationships and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dedicated support to customers, answering inquiries and coordinating responses to requests.
  • Communicate product specifications, applications, and life cycles to customers.
  • Help customers determine the best solutions for their needs, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on product availability and pricing.
  • Engage in online inventory management and email communication, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify leads, and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on industry developments and changes.
  • Prepare timely reports and keep management informed of all activity.
  • Collaborate with Support, Community Management, Account Management, and Business Development teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field preferred.
  • Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to new ideas and approaches.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer literacy and comfort using Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Ability to respond to customer inquiries and prepare sales quotes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers.

**Salary range $65-85K**
