About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Account Manager to join our Amazon Web Services (AWS) Healthcare and Life Sciences team. As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing the AWS footprint in the healthcare and life sciences industry by building and maintaining relationships with key IT and business unit executives and other stakeholders within large Life Science customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key IT and business unit executives and other stakeholders within large Life Science customers.
  • Grow the AWS footprint in the healthcare and life sciences industry by advising customers on AWS cloud solutions and developing innovative programs to expand platform adoption to new business units.
  • Work closely with the AWS sales leadership to engage with healthcare organizations and drive their strategic interactions with clients.
  • Collaborate with the AWS product and services teams to help evolve AWS offerings for more rapid adoption by customers.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and adoption of AWS services in the healthcare and life sciences industry.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
  • Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans and building profitable partner ecosystems.
