Job Summary

Katalyst HealthCares & Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our project management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, leveraging your expertise in waterfall, hybrid, and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate with global teams, including those in India and North America, to drive project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their project management skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or life sciences industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing remote teams across different time zones.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
