Key Responsibilities": "\u2022 Resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner\u2022 Provide technical support and training to staff on City of Faith's software and new technology\u2022 Maintain a knowledge base for employees\u2022 Assist in the retrieval of reports as required\u2022 Be available to assist in the event the manager is not available\u2022 Assist in evaluating technological systems and applications, developing new troubleshooting strategies\u2022 Assist in creating rational strategies for upgrading hardware and software needs\u2022 Maintain a system to protect corporate systems from inside and outside threats\u2022 Ensure all systems are inventoried and logged\u2022 Assist in constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company's technology and application systems continue to operate smoothly\u2022 Assist in a support system to track technology-related problems and their resolutions\u2022 Assist in creating and utilizing company documentation and streamlining the process used for overlapping forms across the facilities\u2022 Work closely with other staff to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company's network\u2022 Maintain a working relationship with technology system vendors\u2022 Track facility equipment and licensing requisitions as needed\u2022 Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
