Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Program Management to join our team at ManTech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading complex program management initiatives and ensuring the timely delivery of contractual commitments to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, staff, budget, and direct one or more programs to ensure successful project execution and delivery of contractual commitments.
  • Accountable for program/project staffing, resource management, and performance management.
  • Lead project coordination efforts amongst program offices, project teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality control and quality assurance on deliverable submissions and business process reengineering.
  • Obtain customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.
  • Document Past Performance write-ups.
  • Accountable for On-Contract program growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must have experience as a Senior Program Manager successfully delivering outcomes and achieving Exceptional CPARs on complex Enterprise IT Transformation programs for Federal Cabinet-level agencies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Agile Certification in either Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban (SAFe preferred leading Product Increment Planning).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Management systems implementation experience, either ERP/Core Financials (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Momentum) or Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms (e.g. OneStream, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, SAP BPC, IBM TM1, Board).
Security Clearance Requirements
  • Active DoD Interim Secret Security Clearance or fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
