**Job Summary:**

ECS is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our team in Washington, DC.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Manage and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • At least eight (8) years of experience in program and project management, preferably in the federal government sector.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Project and other project management tools.
  • Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities.
  • Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), Certified Authorization Professional (CAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience managing a team focused on Cyber Assurance and Compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing a teamSecurity and Privacy Control Assessments.
