About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our product and UX team in delivering a personalized and frustration-free benefits experience to our employees and their families.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for refining our product vision, mission, and strategy, and collaborating with our engineering, benefit specialists, economists, finance, marketing, and other stakeholders to continuously deliver more value for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evangelize the product vision, mission, and strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers, in the US and around the world.
  • Manage the entire product life cycle.
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy in 60+ countries.
  • Lead, develop, and hire product managers to deliver results and achieve their career potential.
  • Lead annual and quarterly product planning.
  • Refine product management best practices.
  • Own our content and communication strategy.
  • Work with directors and VPs to consult and inform.
  • Work closely with UX, content, and communication teams to deliver the full product vision.
A Day in the Life

Your time will be spent across three key streams: 1) Working with Product & UX team to define the product, 2) Working with tech teams to deliver product and impact for our customers, 3) Working with leadership and executives to define and shape the long-term North Star.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience in a high-performance start-up or incubation effort within a larger company.
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience supporting large projects or programs from the ground floor.
  • 8+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in hiring and developing product management talent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment.
  • Technical fluency in mobile and web engineering.
