Job Summary

As a Director, Commercial Insurance Account Management, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional account service and management for our financial institution insurance programs. This includes new business, renewal, and endorsements delivery. You will oversee a team that works closely with CEOs, CFOs, sales producers, and underwriters to understand client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client insurance exposure to obtain competitive quotes.
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations to Account Executives and sales producers on lines of coverage.
  • Lead a team responsible for effectuating communication and activity between clients, sales, risk management operations, product, underwriting, and pricing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent education.
  • 8-10 years of related work experience required.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience required.
  • Property & casualty license required.
  • Insurance designation preferred.
