Insurance Account Manager

As a Personal Lines - Insurance Account Manager at Hittle Insurance Personal & Business Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing them with the best personal insurance solutions. Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.
Policy Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of personal lines insurance policies, from issuance to renewals and endorsements.
Claims Assistance: Provide support and guidance to clients during the claims process, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to current clients to enhance their coverage.
Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and policy details are accurately documented in the system.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide the best advice to clients.
