Job Description

As a Personal Lines - Insurance Account Manager at Hittle Insurance Personal & Business Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and providing them with the best personal insurance solutions. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their individual insurance needs and preferences, and offering customized solutions to meet their requirements.


Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and preferences.

Policy Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of personal lines insurance policies, from issuance to renewals and endorsements.

Claims Assistance: Provide support and guidance to clients during the claims process, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products to current clients to enhance their coverage.

Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and policy details are accurately documented in the system.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings to provide the best advice to clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to share knowledge and resources, ensuring the overall success of the team.
