Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Painting Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocation of resources for assigned projects
  • Supervision of onsite personnel
  • Interface with project superintendents, contractors, architects, and clients
  • Negotiation with contractors
  • Maintenance of high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in paint estimating- Project managing
  • Familiarity with estimating software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
