Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or multiple projects at Kimmel & Associates.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage project operations and activities, ensuring timely completion within budgets and schedules.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and consultants, maintaining open communication and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Margin Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to maintain or improve project margins through proactive planning and effective execution.
  • Contract Execution: Execute contract scopes of work within project budgets and schedules, adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Process Management: Utilize standard operating procedures to support overall organizational goals, values, and mission.
Requirements:
  • Education: A four-year degree in construction management, civil engineering, business, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Five or more years of previous curtain wall industry PM experience are necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office programs, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and accounting/project management software is essential.
  • Tech Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and performance characteristics for glass/glass coatings, aluminum/aluminum finishes, and sealant/structural adhesive technologies is crucial.
  • Review and Testing: Ability to perform technical reviews of shop drawings and calculations to ensure air, water, thermal, seismic, acoustic, and structural performance, as well as coordinate job-specific performance testing.
