About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Program Coordinator to lead our group exercise classes. As a Fitness Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and leading a variety of exercise classes, including cardio, strength training, and mind-body classes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead group exercise classes for adults and seniors
  • Develop and implement new exercise programs and classes
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of exercise programs and classes
  • Provide fitness guidance and support to participants
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement fitness programs

Requirements

  • Professional fitness certifications (e.g. ACE, AFAA, NASM)
  • Experience leading group exercise classes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends
