About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Enthusiast. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and promoting our fitness services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Engaging with Clients: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
  • Studio Tours and Introductions: Offer personalized tours of our studio, introducing clients to our facilities and services, and showcasing the benefits of our fitness programs.
  • Front Desk Support: Assist with administrative tasks, answer phone calls, and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Work closely with our sales team to promote our services, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Client Support and Retention: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns, and working to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Outreach Events: Participate in marketing events, promotions, and outreach activities to help drive studio growth and engagement.
