Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at First Financial Credit. As a key member of our branch staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Loan and Account Management: Assist with the processing of loans and accounts, including taking and processing loan applications, and handling customer payments and payoffs.
  • Branch Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the branch, including balancing cash drawers, completing deposits, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of experience in a consumer finance company or lending environment preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
