- Administering treatments and medications accurately;
- Providing emotional support to patients and families;

- Evaluation of Care: Assess the effectiveness of care provided by:
- Measuring patient outcomes and documenting findings;
- Conducting variance analyses for performance improvement;
- Implementing systems to enhance care quality.
- Collaboration: Work with the healthcare team to:
- Coordinate patient care plans with physicians;
- Assist in diagnostic and treatment procedures;
- Delegate tasks to support staff effectively.
- Medication Administration: Ensure safe medication practices by:
- Identifying medications and their implications;
- Documenting medication administration accurately;
- Educating patients on medication interactions.
- Patient and Family Education: Provide educational support by:

- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting of various weights;
- Ability to assist with heavy objects and maintain patient safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are preferred.
